From the Ministry of Trade:
ARTICLE 1 – The table in the first paragraph of Article 1 of the Notification on Surveillance in Imports (Notification No: 2023/9) published in the Official Gazette dated 28/4/2023 and numbered 32174 has been amended as follows:

ARTICLE 2 – Under the heading “Other Forms and Documents to be Attached to the Application Form” in Annex-2 of the same Notification, the phrase “2B – Exporter – Manufacturer Information Form” has been amended to:
“2B – Exporter – Manufacturer Information Form (In cases where the capacity report of the applicant for the import of polyester polyol products, falling under the scope of this Notification, is listed in the ‘Annual Consumption Capacity’ list, the 2B – Exporter – Manufacturer Information Form is not required if the capacity report is submitted. In the submitted capacity report, the subject goods are indicated with a marking method in the mentioned list.)”
ARTICLE 3 – This Notification shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
ARTICLE 4 – The provisions of this Notification shall be executed by the Minister of Trade.
